Serve with buttered noodles, rice, roasted or mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or sauteed greens. Dredge chicken in milk mixture, then in seasoned flour, alternating in each at least twice. Plate the chicken and top it with the sauce and chopped parsley. Simmer the sauce until it's thickened, about 2 minutes.
